The Palms Golf Club Homes – La Quinta Real Estate Opportunities

The Palms real estate opportunities include golf villas, semi-custom homes, custom homes, and custom lots. The community features a total of 101 homes and golf villas (at build-out). The Golf Club is separate from The Palms residential community and club membership is not required to own a property here. Homeowners enjoy a convenient private dog park with a water feature.  

Homes are 3 – 5 bedrooms and 2,400 – 6,500 sq. ft. Homes are 3 – 5 bedrooms and 2,400 – 6,500 sq. ft. Home Prices range between $650,000 – 2 million. Lots range between $150 – $350,000. Recent HOA dues: $400 monthly (HOA information deemed accurate but not guaranteed).  

  • Golf villas: Located along Palms Drive, Palms Golf Villas were built in ’01 – 02 as the original homes at the Palms. Villas have east-facing views with two to four bedrooms ranging from 2,400 to 3,111 square feet.
  • Semi-custom homes: Located both on and off the Palms golf course, these semi-custom homes were developed from ’04 to ’08. Four-floor plans offer three to four bedrooms ranging from 2,588 to 4,168 square feet for the Palms Plan-4 home.
  • Custom homes: A number of Palms custom homes were built from ’02 to ’09 on the golf course. A variety of floor plans and styles range from three to five bedrooms with up to 6,600 square feet.
  • Custom lots: A few well-positioned custom lots are available both on and off the Palms golf course to build your own custom dream home.

The Palms Golf Club

Designed by Brian Curley, ASGCA/Fred Couples,  the 18-hole “Palms” course features 7,020 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 74.0 and it has a slope rating of 134.  As a single membership organization that boasts an old-style golf club structure, The Palms Golf Club eliminates the need for tee times and promotes fast play, creating a more competitive environment.

The Club also features a state-of-the-art practice facility with a double-ended driving range, short game/bunker area, and target fairway. Golf membership is $20,000 (single equity) and golf dues are $800 monthly and include golf, carts, locker room, bag storage, range balls, and discounted pricing in the Golf Shop.
