Griffin Ranch – La Quinta

Merv Griffin was the first person to recognize what a rural tract of land in La Quinta could become. He first purchased the land and built his estate there, but in 2005 decided to turn part of the property into a well-planned equestrian community, Griffin Ranch.

This was the birth of Griffin Ranch, a 240-acre gated community located in gorgeous South La Quinta. Officially opened in May 2007 with homeowners taking residence in November of the same year. Griffin ranch offers amazing views of the Santa-Rosa Mountains, luxurious and spacious living spaces, and plenty of beautiful scenery including wildlife.
