We were referred to Elaine by our local Orange County agent of 35 years. We called her in advance of our visit and described the type of home we were looking for and the budget we had in mind. Upon our arrival at her office we were promptly greeted and in no time we were off on the home-hunt with a list of nine properties that met our needs. We did not visit all nine in one day. On the second day we were off again and within approximately three more viewings we were shown a home that met all of our wish list items, below the max budget and in a great community. I think she saved the best for last. We went back to that home three times just to make sure it was the one. Two days of looking and we found the home we plan to spend our retirement years in.
