The Trilogy La Quinta community is a 2003 establishment developed by Shea homes. It is a gated, lively adult 55+ adult community located at the foot of the coral mountains in the charming South La Quinta. Its foyer is on Trilogy Parkway 60th Avenue, between Monroe Street and Madison Street. Many consider it excellent value for money because most of its amenities are included in the low Home Owners Association dues.
