Recently my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Elaine Stewart in our quest to find the perfect home.  We had anticipated our search might take several weeks as our schedule only permitted us to drive to the desert on weekends.

However, in our initial phone conversation, I knew that Elaine was the right choice.  She asked all the right questions to elicit our criteria.   We shared with her what our budget was for a condo, although we didn’t have a feel for what the market was. We also weren’t sure which community best suited our lifestyle.  She assured us that she would help us find a home within our budget, in a community we would love, and a time frame that suited us.  On Day One we looked at condos.  On Day Two,  Elaine suggested we might want to consider buying a house which was certainly possible within our budget.  By this time she knew that we preferred a fenced yard for our small dogs, we enjoyed gardening, and privacy.  By the end of the SECOND DAY we had found the home of our dreams, thanks to Elaine!

 Not only is she extremely knowledgeable  about the real estate market, she also knows the history of the area, the best restaurants, shopping, cultural events, health facilities – all the things a good neighbor would share with a newcomer.  She was our guide throughout the entire process, and she worked expeditiously to keep everything moving forward.  We also discovered she is well-known and  respected among others in her field – we were represented by the best escrow agent, best building inspector, best title company. She even took it upon herself to obtain our documentation from the HOA in order that we might close our escrow early.

It wasn’t until recently that we learned Elaine has been the #1 Top Producing RE/MAX Agent in the entire Coachella Valley for the past eight years, and  recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013!  We can attest that all her honors are certainly well-deserved.
